Confirm HVAC temperature and system operations working correctly
Ensure all contracted services (lawn care, pest control, weed control, etc.) are being provided and notify owner of any deficiencies
Ensure all window and door locks are activated and functional first check after your departure
Clean entry of home of any debris
Four house checks each month with detailed check list, bi-monthly reports with photos mailed to owner
Prepare home for owners return when notified in advance - turn on water, adjust A/C or heat, unlock the garage, charge golf cart, etc.
